📦 Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Choose the product you want, select the desired color and size, and click "Add to cart". Then go to your shopping cart and follow the steps to place your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, PayPal, and more. All payments are processed via a secure connection.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible via sales@zelurehair.com or via Instagram/TikTok @zelurehair. As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to arrange this for you.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder if you have not received anything.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We ship as soon as possible after receiving your payment. Delivery time is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a track & trace link as soon as your package is on its way.

Do you ship throughout Europe?

Yes! We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and other European countries. Please contact us if your country is not listed.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount.

My package is delayed — what now?

First, check your track & trace link. If the package has been in transit for more than 14 business days, please contact us at sales@zelurehair.com, and we will assist you further.

Are the products made of real human hair?

Yes! All our wigs, bundles, and extensions are made from 100% real human hair. This means you can wash, style, cut, and even dye them — just like your own hair.

What is the difference between a glueless wig and a regular wig?

A glueless wig has an elastic band and/or combs inside, so you can wear it without glue or tape. Perfect if you want to protect your own hair and quickly change your look.

What is HD lace?

HD lace (High Definition lace) is an ultra-thin and transparent lace material that blends seamlessly with any skin tone. This makes it look as if the hair is growing directly from your scalp — completely invisible!

What lengths and styles are available?

We offer wigs and bundles in various lengths (from 10" to 30") and styles: straight, body wave, water wave, deep wave, loose wave, and kinky curly. Check out our collections for the full range.

Can I dye or heat style the wig?

Yes, because our products are made of real human hair, you can dye, blow-dry, curl, and style them. However, always use a heat protectant spray to keep your hair looking beautiful for as long as possible.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at sales@zelurehair.com to register a return.

What if I received the wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product received. We will resolve this for you as soon as possible.

My product arrived damaged — what now?

Please send us a message immediately via sales@zelurehair.com or DM us on Instagram @zelurehair with photos. We will provide a suitable solution.

How do I wash my wig?

Wash your wig with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo for human hair. Rinse well, apply conditioner, and let the hair air dry on a wig stand. Avoid rubbing — gently pat the hair dry.

How long does a wig last?

With proper care, a quality human hair wig lasts 1 to 3 years. Wash it regularly, store it on a wig stand, and use the correct hair care products.

How do I store my wig when I'm not wearing it?

Store your wig on a wig stand or in a silk bag, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. This will help maintain its shape and shine.
